Terms & Conditions
These terms govern all commissions and services provided by Tazzle.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By commissioning or purchasing from Tazzle, you agree to these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not place an order. Prices are listed in GBP (£) and all payments are processed accordingly.
2. Age Restriction
I do not accept commissions from anyone under the age of 18. By commissioning me you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older.
3. Payment
Full payment is required upfront unless otherwise agreed. All payments are non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases where I am unable to complete the commission. Refunds for cancellations are at my discretion and may be partial depending on the stage of completion.
4. Usage Rights
You may use the commissioned artwork for personal use, including displaying it in your personal portfolio, social media, and as profile pictures. You may not use the artwork for commercial purposes, mint it as an NFT, or claim it as your own creation. I retain the right to display the artwork in my portfolio and social media.
5. Revisions
Minor revisions are included during the sketch and lineart stages. Major changes or revisions after the colouring stage has begun may incur additional charges.
6. Timelines
Estimated completion times are provided at the time of order and are subject to change. I will communicate any delays. If you need a rush order please enquire before commissioning.
